You can see from this pic, equally spaced along side of a kerb, are the casings of fireworks. You also see discarded jumper.
This is next to a park. And close to a main road.
I wonder what the idea behind the fireworks was.
Was it "lets see if we can buy some and set them off and not get caught"
Or was it Deliberate celebration of something by someone slightly responsible, but not responsible to clear up afterwards.
It wasnt a safe and controlled display, obviously.
In any case. I think fireworks SHOULDNT be sold in shops, and there should only be OFFICIAL displays.
